Common questions
Is Slidely really free?
Yes. There are no lives and no purchases. Coins come from playing and buy hints, shuffles and skins.
My Party Play code doesn't work
Codes last for one game and expire after two hours. Ask the host for the code on their screen, or scan its QR code.
Do I need the app to join a Party Play game?
No. Open the join link or go to playslidely.com/join and enter the four-digit code. The app adds coins and your skin.
Delete my data
- In the app, open Settings → Privacy → Delete my data.
- Type DELETE to confirm. Your profile, leaderboard entries and Party Play history are removed, and the app starts fresh.
- Uninstalled already? Email support@playslidely.com with your Player ID and we'll delete it for you.
Played Party Play in this browser?
Type DELETE to remove your nickname, scores and any games you hosted from this browser. Games still in progress are kept until they end.
