- Acceptance – By installing/playing you agree to these terms
- License – Non-transferable, personal, revocable right to use the game
- Age – Intended for players 13+; younger players require guardian oversight
- Virtual Currency – Coins & Crowns have no real-world monetary value
- In-App Purchases – All purchases are final except where required by local law
- Refunds – Contact platform support (App Store / Play Store) for purchase issues
- Ownership – Game content, code, art & logos remain property of the developer
- User Content – Uploaded photos must be owned by you and free of illegal or infringing material
- Photo Mode – You grant the app a local, temporary right to display selected images as tiles
- Prohibited – Cheating, reverse engineering, automated bots, exploit distribution
- Progress – Stored locally; uninstall or device reset may erase data permanently
- Data Loss – We are not liable for lost progress due to corruption or manual deletion
- Updates – Features may change or be removed without notice for stability or balance
- Suspension – We may restrict access for serious or repeated violations
- Liability – Provided 'AS IS' without warranties; no responsibility for indirect damages
- Governing Law – Terms interpreted under your local consumer protections where applicable
- Severability – Invalid provision does not affect remaining terms
